Meditation Circle

Starting at 7pm online, join with like minded people to take some time to connect with the energy of the season, to disconnect from daily tasks and re-connect with the universe. The circle runs every two weeks around the full and new moons giving us an opportunity to work through that which rises within us and release through surrender and the transformational fire.

Through drumming, sacred sound and silence, you can embark on your own personal journey of healing, as your body seeks peace and a state of joy and wellness.

Meditation

Meditation has so many health benefits and these days it feels as though everyone is talking about it. We hear that we should all be trying it but sometimes it can be tricky to quieten your mind, especially if you are feeling anxious, stressed or upset.

Just taking a few minutes each day to settle your energy and sit in the quiet or with some soothing music on can help you start to reap some of the good things from meditation such as slowing your heart rate, lowering your blood pressure or reducing anxiety.

If you focus on your breath first and just notice it coming in and going out of your body then it gives you something to have in your mind instead of the thoughts that keep your mind busy and feeling stressed. Just doing this for five minutes every morning centres your energy and allows you to start your day in a more balanced way.

As you progress in your practice, you will find that you generally feel calmer in your life. You will be able to be focussed, feel connected and more easily listen to your inner guidance.
